We change what the internet and AI systems say about people who cannot afford to be described wrongly.

The work begins with a written record of what exists: every engine, image and video results, the aggregators that quietly feed the rest, and every major AI system asked in hundreds of phrasings. From that we establish which items can be removed, which can be corrected at source, and which are best left to decay. Then we do the removable and correctable ones in an order that holds.

This is a small practice by design. The work is judgment-intensive and largely unglamorous: reading a situation accurately, deciding what can genuinely be changed, and then doing it in an order that holds. None of that scales the way an agency scales, which is why the firm is built around judgment per matter rather than volume.

We describe the work as counsel rather than management because the central deliverable is frequently advice rather than activity. A meaningful proportion of first conversations end with us explaining why intervention would be unwise, because the material is decaying on its own, because acting would amplify it, or because what the person actually needs is a lawyer. That is a poor way to run a sales funnel and the reason clients stay.

Two practices, kept separate

The firm operates a reactive practice and a proactive one. The reactive practice, Restore, handles situations where the record is already wrong and the cost is already being paid. The proactive practice, Protect, builds presences durable enough that search and AI systems describe you accurately before anyone needs them to.

They are kept separate because they operate on different timelines and require different temperaments. One discipline, two reasons: the urgent work and the durable work draw on the same craft but answer different questions, and compressing them into a single menu obscures that.

What we sell, precisely

An assessment you can act on, a documented method, and work performed to a standard we publish. What we can influence is what the record contains and what the systems reading it retrieve; a publisher's editorial decision, a platform's policy, and a model's weights stay outside anyone's control, and we scope the work accordingly.
