These are the questions we ask in a first conversation, in the order we ask them. The difference between the right mechanism and the wrong one depends on facts a list of service names does not ask about, and where your answer is ambiguous, that ambiguity is itself informative.
Is it moving?

Crisis ResponseIf a story is active, meaning hours or days old and still spreading, the sequence of the next few decisions matters more than anything else. Telephone rather than writing.

Assessment firstIf it is static, you have time to establish the facts properly before acting. Most matters are here, including ones that feel urgent.
Could it come down?
Yes
Content RemovalA policy violation, a factual error, an expired retention period, or a reachable author. Removal is the only permanent change, so it is always attempted first where a basis exists.

Search SuppressionWhere material is accurate and lawfully published, position is the remaining variable. Slower, and durable.
Do you know what the machines say?

AI Answer CorrectionIf you have checked and the answers are wrong, the correction happens upstream in the sources those answers are assembled from.

AI Reputation ManagementAlmost nobody has checked. An audit across systems is the least expensive useful thing available, and it is usually where we start.

Questions we are asked
- Why is there no price list?
- Because the honest scope cannot be known before an assessment, and a fixed package would mean either overcharging simple matters or underserving complex ones. The assessment establishes scope, and you decide whether to proceed with the figure in front of you.
- Can I engage you for just one mechanism?
- Yes. Some matters need exactly one thing: an autocomplete policy request, a single removal, an AI audit. We would rather do one useful thing than sell a program around it.
- What is the smallest sensible engagement?
- An assessment. It produces a documented baseline you own, and a reading of what can realistically be changed. A meaningful number of clients stop there because the answer was that nothing needed doing.
- I answered these and I am still not sure.
