Privacy Policy

What this site collects, how inquiries are handled, and how to have your information removed. Last updated August 2026.

Who we are

RMG Digital Solutions LLC, 600 Mamaroneck Ave, Harrison NY. Telephone 914.786.3544. Inquiries and data requests: info@rmgdigitalsolutions.com.

What this site collects

Two things, and only when you choose to provide them. First, the contents of any inquiry you submit: your name, your email address, the phone number and organization if you supply them, the nature of your matter, and any free-text you write. Second, an email address if you subscribe to the firm's newsletter.

The site also records aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics, namely page views and visitor counts, to understand which material is read. This does not build a profile of you and is not used for advertising.

Why we hold it

To respond to you, and to conduct an engagement if one follows. Inquiry contents are read by the people at the firm who need to read them in order to reply or to assess the matter. Nothing you send is used for any other purpose.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an inquiry. The newsletter requires a separate, deliberate subscription. We do not use your matter as an example, in marketing or in conversation, ever.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become engagements are retained while there is a reasonable prospect of further correspondence, then deleted. Engagement materials are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a limited period afterwards where there is an operational or legal reason to do so, then deleted.

If you ask us to delete everything we hold about you, we will do it and confirm in writing. Write to info@rmgdigitalsolutions.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of information we hold about you, and to object to processing. We honor these requests regardless of whether a statutory right applies in your jurisdiction, because there is no good reason not to.

Cookies and storage

This site uses a small number of functional items, described in the cookie policy. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

Security, stated honestly

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and access within the firm is limited by role. No system is impossible to compromise, and we will not claim otherwise. If you have a matter of exceptional sensitivity, telephone us rather than using the form, on 914.786.3544.

A note on privilege

Information you send us directly is not covered by attorney-client privilege. If your matter is likely to involve litigation, consider having your attorney engage us on your behalf. This is explained in more detail under confidentiality.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We do not make material changes retroactive.
