What an AI-assisted check on this site does and does not tell you, and why a snapshot is not an audit. Last updated August 2026.

What a snapshot is

Any AI-assisted check offered on this site returns a single response from a single system at a single moment, to one phrasing of one question. It is a sample, and it should be read as one.

Why that is a real limitation

Generative systems are not deterministic. The same question asked twice can produce materially different answers. Different systems disagree with each other. Answers vary by the phrasing of the question, by region, by model version, and by whether the system searched the live web or drew on training data.

A result that looks reassuring may not survive a rephrasing. A result that looks alarming may be an outlier that a second attempt would not reproduce. Neither conclusion is safe from one sample.

What an audit involves instead

A standard question set, multiple phrasings per question, run across several systems, captured verbatim and dated, and repeated on a schedule so that change over time is visible. The finding is the distribution of answers rather than any single one. That is described under AI reputation management.

Not advice

Any output shown here is general information, not advice about your situation, and not a professional assessment of your reputation or legal position. Do not make a consequential decision on the basis of it.

What we do with it

Queries you run are not used to build a profile of you and are not shared. What you type may be transmitted to a third-party model provider in order to produce a response, which is a reason not to enter sensitive detail.

Our own use of AI

RMG Digital Solutions LLC uses AI systems as research and analysis tools. Client deliverables are produced and reviewed by people. Material published under a client's name is drafted with their involvement and approved by them before submission. We do not publish machine-generated text under a client's byline.
